Okay, so now that I've told you how to go about it, here's the details.
There would be about 101 (to be discussed) leaders, all with equal power, a
fluctuating (changing) number of sub-leaders, numbering in the thousands,
and finally, in the hundreds of thousands to millions, the sub-sub-leaders.
Taxes would be lowered, for the simple reason that many of the things that
would be needed, wouldn't, anymore. Find some other way to support your
country, other than blowing yourself up. :)
